Shipping
Shipping Costs 1) Plans are available as Adobe Acrobat PDF files and may be downloaded after payment from your accounts page. If you are unable to download your plans, email us at support@projectplans2000.com and we will email the plans to you manually. You can also order mailed plan sets. There is a nominal surcharge for printing and postage. Standard plans are $6.25 and Large Format Plans are $8.25 extra. Finished Products vary in shipping costs and are listed with each product. If you prefer to pay via personal check or money order, we will either email or mail the plans the same day of receipt of payment, depending on what you ordered. RETURNS: As we sell Intellectual Property and make custom wood products to order we do not offer refunds. Plans or products lost in the mail are replaced at no cost.
